Registration Regulation:
In order to provide a greater opportunity for more people to present at the conference, each accepted paper with multiple co-authors should have a different conference registrant. However, co-authors may appear on multiple papers.
For paper presentation at the Conference and inclusion in the AHFE 2016 Proceedings and Publication, at least one registration per paper is required by 10 March 2016. For poster demonstration at the Conference and inclusion in the AHFE 2016 Proceedings, at least one registration per poster is required by 10 March 2016.
Students registering and paying "Student Rates" must submit an official letter (in English) from their University or School, duly signed and stamped, indicating their current student status. This document must be submitted when registering. Please send a scanned copy of this letter to ahfeadmin@ahfe.org
Student volunteers.
The success of the conference depends on the diligent work of student volunteers. If you would like to help at the conference in return for waiver of the registration fee, please contact the Student Volunteer Chair: volunteer@ahfe.org All student volunteer applications are submitted through the AHFE registration system.
Note: If paying by official bank check, please contact the conference administrator to request participant registration form for payment by check. Once the form is completed, please mail your check which is drawn on U.S. banks only, to the conference administrator at the following address:

If you are the sole (only) author and have more than one accepted paper submission to be published and indexed by Springer, please indicate how many extra paper submissions (ID #) you have submitted ($100 per extra submission, maximum of 3 papers). If you have multiple submissions, with multiple authors, a different author must register for each submission.

| Cancellation Policy |
All cancellations must be received in writing by the Conference Administration at: registration@ahfe.org
For written cancellations received on or before 14 March, 2016, 90% of all registration costs will be refunded. 50% of the registration cost will be refunded if a written cancellation is received between 15 March - 15 May, 2016. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after 15 May, 2016. All refunds are subject to $50 standard card processing fees. |
